I read Shockwave and know what ELECT and PSR means but I always assumed PSR is kind of the System and ELECT its method...
ELECT used to be completed like 5 minisets with increasing weight and about 3 reps per miniset... each performed with maximum speed in concentric phase and kind of a release between eccentric-to-concentric-point but now in the new PDF this seems to be called PSR...
hmm.. ok but what is ELECT then?
